This Privacy Policy regulates the processing of your personal data by the controller Genderhood, https://genderhood.org/, with its registered office at Solonos 142, Athens, Greece. Genderhood is the domain owner of the website and its underlying pages.

2.1 When you browse our website: https://genderhood.org/
IP address
We collect your IP address in order to be able to provide you a secure connection to our page, , with the legal basis of the legitimate interests of this project in continuously providing a secure and properly functioning website.

a) We use so called ‘cookies’ (small files that are stored on the hard disk of the device from which you operate). The cookies that are categorized as “Necessary” are stored on your browser as they are essential for enabling the basic functionalities of the site, like page navigation and access to secure areas of the website. 2. 2 When you fill our contact forms
When filling in the contact form on our website we collect: Name, Email address, Subject, Your message, to be able to provide you the requested services and/or can respond to your inquiry, with as legal basis your prior explicit consent.
2.3 When you share our website or follow hyperlinks through embedded content
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

3. Who we (do not) share your data with
Genderhood will never pass on your personal data to third parties, with the exception of technical service providers who handle technical support in so far as this is necessary for the technical provision of services and/or if they are obliged to do so on the basis of a statutory provision or a judicial ruling. We shall make reasonable attempts to inform you in advance of the fact that we disclose your data to named third parties, but you also acknowledge that this is not technically or commercially feasible under all circumstances.

Cases where we might share your data:
- we might grant access to your personal data to some of our members or/and employees in charge of specific tasks/actions. We guarantee an identical level of protection by making contractual obligations that are opposable to these employees and agents and which are identical to this Data Privacy Policy.
- we grant access to your browsing data to sub-processors like Google Analytics, to be able to export an analysis of the visitors statistics (number of visitors, number of page views, country, operating system, type of device etc), by not identifying you as an individual in any way.
4. How long we retain your data
When you browse our website, IP addresses get retained for as long as it is necessary to visit our webpage securely, while for cookies, their specific retention time is listed. For the duration each cookie is retained you can find that information on our cookie settings bar when you first visit our webpage or at any time if you click on these at the far left end of your screen while browsing our website.
When visitors or users fill the contact form, we store their contact details (name, email and message content) until their inquiry or communication request has been satisfied.
5. How we protect your data
We have developed security measures that are appropriate on the technical and organisational levels to prevent the destruction, loss, falsification, modification, unauthorized access or accidental disclosure to third parties of collected personal data as well as any other unauthorized processing of these data.
Under no circumstances can Genderhood be held liable for any direct or indirect harm deriving from an erroneous or wrongful use by a third party of the personal data.
